Feline fashion is as big as ever and according to The Zoe Report: Fall 2018’s Biggest Fashion Trend Is Animal Print
and Harper’s Bazaar says that Animal Prints Are Taking Over For Fall
Of course, my mother was, as usual, way ahead of her time. I’m not saying she was the first to make wearing animal print fashionable (that was probably some cavewoman way back when), but she certainly helped put it in the style books.
Sometimes I think fans really believed my mother was part cat, and with her trademark ‘Growl’ as well as portraying feline characters like Catwoman in the TV series Batman, it’s easy to understand why.
And we did have a lot of feline style references in our home…
So when coming up with new designs, I thought it made purr-fect sense (yes, I went there 😽) to incorporate my mother’s uniqueness with that feline quality.
This pillow, featuring my mother’s words and signature, is the first piece in my animal print collection. It is faux fur (another on trend style), with a really nice soft texture. And I’ve done it in a few fun colors too, because who doesn’t love a pop of color.💜💕🧡
More items will soon be added to the animal print collection. Get on the email list so you don’t miss out. 😘

Kitt, can you do the growl?
Funny you should ask. And the answer is… not even a little 🤣
Click this link to watch a video where I respond to that question: Can’t sing. Don’t purr.
My daughter chose your mom as her fashion icon for her SCAD assignment. Shes 31 and I really didn’t know my baby had superb taste like that..Glad shes learning where alot of these trends originated.
That is so cool. It warm my heart to hear how my mother continues to leave her mark on the world. 😍
Loved your mother. From a small child to me she was esesence of style. As young adult bought her recordings. Replace with CDs still listen to. Some days I need Eartha.
